Westralia Plaza

The Westralia Plaza project was awarded to us following a competitive bidding process with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia.

The thirteen storey building in the heart of the Perth CBD is located at 167 St Georges Terrace and was WA’s first approved Green Star building. The building was designed to achieve an A grade PCA rating with a 4 star Green Star and a 4.5 Australian Building Greenhouse rating.

Westralia Plaza is an innovatively designed and prominently located high quality commercial building with approximately 9,800m2 of office space and 760m2 of retail space, two levels of basement parking and a landscaped ground level public plaza.
