Busselton Health Campus
We delivered Stage 1 of the new Busselton Health Campus in March 2015. Stage 2 was completed in May 2016 and involved the demolition of the old hospital buildings, car park construction and associated landscaping.
Midland Gate Shopping Centre Expansion
The Midland Gate Shopping Centre Stage 2A Expansion comprised the upgrade and remodelling of the existing centre to include a basement carpark, single level mall, rooftop carpark and upgrades to the existing malls.
Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre
Following a competitive tender process, we were engaged by Vicinity Centres to complete the design and construction of this major redevelopment of Ellenbrook Shopping Centre.
Warnbro Shopping Centre
The Warnbro Shopping Centre was expanded to accommodate a new retail floor space, comprising a Big W, 22 specialty shops, four new kiosks, two new ATMs and two new casual mall leasing locations.
Stockland Harrisdale Shopping Centre
The $32 million shopping centre is located within the Newhaven residential development and includes an Aldi Supermarket, Woolworths Supermarket, Medical Centre, 30 specialty shops; and 550 car parking bays.
Armadale Shopping City
We completed the redevelopment of Armadale Shopping City in December 2007. The centre doubled in capacity to a total tenancy area of 31,200m² with additional associated car parking.
Westralia Plaza is an innovatively designed and prominently located high quality commercial building with approximately 9,800m² of office space and 760m² of retail space, two levels of basement parking and a landscaped ground level public plaza.
Secret Harbour Square
We were engaged, under an ECI agreement, to assist in the finalisation of the design for the expansion and redevelopment of the Secret Harbour Shopping Centre. Following completion of the design, we were appointed to deliver the redevelopment.
Diesel Generator Land Based Test Facility
We were engaged by the Australian Submarine Corporation for the design and installation work required to relocate the existing diesel engine to the new location at the LBTF and to provide all services to the engine to enable submarine simulated diesel operation.
Karratha Central Healthcare
The Karratha Central Healthcare serves as a hub for general medical practice in the region. It also offers educational programmes and clinical training in regional health practices.
The Edith Cowan University Library is located adjacent to the campus entrance on Joondalup Drive. We delivered the 12,000m² four storey library building for students and public use.
Acacia Prison Expansion
We were engaged by the Government of Western Australia to deliver the expansion of Acacia prison to provide accommodation for an additional 387 prisoners plus associated infrastructure and amenities.
Hope Downs 4 Accommodation Village
We delivered the accommodation and infrastructure works for the Hope Downs 4 Accommodation Village, which houses the personnel allocated to work within the mine site.
HMAS Stirling Redevelopment Stage 3A
On behalf of the Commonwealth Government, the Department of Defence engaged us as its Managing Contractor to plan, design and construct the HMAS Stirling Redevelopment Stage 3A project.
Bold Park Aquatic Centre Redevelopment
The redevelopment of Bold Park Aquatic Centre involved replacing the existing 8 lane 50m pool, originally constructed in 1975, with a new 10 lane 50m pool.
Cockburn Gateway Shopping City
We were appointed to deliver the major expansion for Cockburn Gateway Shopping City which comprised the construction of a new Woolworths supermarket (4,200m²), Big W (8,000m²), Best & Less (1,000m²), a range of speciality shops and a new food court.
The CSIRO Waterford facility houses the Australian Minerals Research Centre where researchers are developing improved processing techniques for Australia’s mineral and metal export industry.
Rockingham and Warnbro Train Stations
We delivered two transit interchange railway stations at Warnbro and Rockingham as part of the high profile Southern Suburbs Railway project for the Public Transport Authority.
The Curtin Stadium is the dominant building at the front of Curtin University’s ‘dress circle’ buildings, this sleek white metallic structure has a full-length covered walkway with a strikingly wide crescent-shaped arch as a signature piece.
Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research
The ten storey research facility, located at the QEII Medical Centre, comprises a demonstration laboratory for public education, clinical research space, state wide core equipment and facilities, offices, auditorium, seminar rooms, meeting places and a cafe.
Hedland Health Campus
Built to withstand cyclones and express the spirit of the Pilbara, the new Hedland Health Campus combines simplicity of design and materials with sophisticated approaches in medical technology.
Cockburn, Kwinana & Wellard Train Stations

Curtin Centre for Crop & Disease Management
The Centre for Crop and Disease Management (Building 304) at Curtin University’s Bentley Campus is a new three storey research facility consisting of QC2 and QC3 laboratories, workspaces, shared facilities and a café.
We delivered an 8000m² extension to the existing Waterford Shopping Centre, including a Mega Super IGA Supermarket, a 295 car bay deck, central mall and 28 specialty retail tenancies.
Marketlane Subi forms part of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority’s broader strategy for the area, creating new opportunities for economic activity within Subiaco, drawing people into the area and activating local businesses.
