We take great care in conducting our business activities to ensure that we cause no injury or harm to people, fauna and flora, but rather contribute to their health and wellbeing.
Our management system, which has been developed over decades, governs our approach. It is certified to the requirements of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 and has won numerous prestigious awards.
We are also a registered participant of the Australian Government’s Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) Accreditation Scheme. This accreditation allows us to undertake contracts for building works that are fully or partially funded by the Australian Government and demonstrates our ability to manage construction hazards and high risk activities to the highest standards.
We have not experienced a work stoppage as a result of industrial action for over 15 years.

In 2010 we became the first construction company in Australia to win the gold award and excellence medal at the Australian Business Excellence Awards, demonstrating the fact that the quality of our leadership, management practices, business systems and people is comparable to that of some of the world’s leading and most respected organisations. For a privately-owned company this is a significant achievement, and one we are proud of.

To maintain our standards, we implement a quality assurance program that is supported by our Integrated Management System (IMS). This program encompasses our operations, and those performed by our vendors, to ensure that we continually improve and surpass our clients‘ expectations.
