Fundraising and Volunteering

Making a positive contribution to the communities in which we work is important to us. We choose community engagement, fundraising and social enrichment initiatives that are relevant to our organisation, industry and employees, and align with our core values. Our employees regularly donate their time and resources, with the aim of helping to improve the lives of people in our community. 

 

 

Diversity

We have a responsibility to provide a workplace that is free of discrimination and celebrates diversity. Our recruitment practices are designed to enable us to employ the best people in our industry, based on merit and their alignment with our company values. We do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, race, religion or sexual persuasion and do not tolerate anti-social behaviour. Our workplaces are welcoming and, as a result, we have a diverse and loyal workforce.  

Sustainability

We are shifting our focus to progressively more efficient and sustainable operations. To help us achieve our sustainability targets, in 2017 we became a CitySwitch Green Office signatory and have implemented initiatives to reduce our energy consumption and waste generation.

Reconciliation

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) outlines how we will support the national reconciliation movement and create meaningful opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander partners. Our RAP is a strategic document that supports our business plan and it includes practical actions that drive our contribution to reconciliation; both internally and in the communities in which we operate.
