We delivered an 8000m² extension to the existing Waterford Shopping Centre, including a new Mega Super IGA Supermarket, a 295 car bay deck, central mall and 28 specialty retail tenancies.
Architectural finishes in the mall area include a feature timber and plaster board ceiling with concealed lighting and imported terrazzo floor tiles. The project was completed in two stages, each of 52 weeks duration.
The existing tavern and TAB tenancies required relocation, along with extensive remodelling and refurbishment works to the existing car park and landscaped areas.
