The existing Warnbro Shopping Centre was expanded to accommodate 17,930m² of new retail floor space, comprising a Big W, 22 specialty shops, four new kiosks, two new ATMs and two new casual mall leasing locations. In addition, a new at grade car park (340 bays) and roof deck car park to Big W (192 bays) were delivered.

New travelators and lifts, together with a general upgrade of the existing centre completed the works.
