The project is a key component of the Subi XO precinct, which is located in the heart of Subiaco. The precinct further activates and energises this bustling inner-city suburb located to the west of Perth’s central business district.
We were engaged to complete the construction of a three level basement, six storey A-grade office building (5 Star Greenstar and NABERS energy rated), 10 storey four star hotel, a number of retail tenancies and restaurants. External landscaping and public art works completed the development.
