Midland Gate Shopping Centre Expansion

The Midland Gate Shopping Centre Stage 2A Expansion comprised the upgrade and remodelling of the existing centre to include a basement carpark, single level mall, rooftop carpark and upgrades to the existing malls.

Specific works included:

​

• New Coles Supermarket (4080m²) and Aldi Supermarket (1796m²);

• Four mini-major stores, six kiosks and casual mall leasing locations;

• New specialty retail tenancies  (7,361m²) including food and beverage outlets;

• Fresh food precinct and new amenities;

• Travelators and lifts; and

• New Kmart Tyre & Auto.

In addition, external works including landscaping and infrastructure diversions and upgrades were completed.
