Halls Head Central

Halls Head Central is situated approximately 75km South of Perth. The original shopping centre had a GLA of 5,979m² and consisted of an IGA Supermarket, a number of speciality shops, and 404 car parking bays.

The expansion included a new Kmart discount department store (5,948m²), an ALDI supermarket (1,586m²), a mini-major (1,000m²) and speciality shops (3,698m²), increasing the overall floor space to 18,211m². In addition to the new main building works, the expansion includes:

 

• New mall flooring and awnings;

• New external paving;

• New lighting to ceilings and car parks;

• New paint to existing internal and external walls; and

• Replacement of existing mechanical systems and upgrade of existing fire systems.

 

Halls Head Central won the award for Best Retail Project at the 2017 Master Builders - Bankwest Excellence in Construction awards.
