Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre

Following a competitive tender process, we were engaged by Vicinity Centres to complete the design and construction of this major redevelopment of Ellenbrook Shopping Centre. This is our fourth consecutive project for Vicinity Centres, and serves to anchor our position as the preeminent deliverer of shopping centre redevelopments in Western Australia.

The redevelopment incorporates a new Kmart, three mini-major tenancies, 17 speciality tenancies, restaurants, kiosks, new mall areas, a 12,000m² roof deck car park, landscaping and public art.

Delivering the redevelopment in 11 months was a challenge, but it is one that we welcomed as it presented us with an opportunity to demonstrate our ability to deliver complex projects within tight timeframes, and to demonstrate why Vicinity Centres chose to work with us again.
