The Curtin Engineering Pavilion was the second project we completed for Curtin University after we delivered the Curtin Stadium in 2009.
The new pavilion was one of the first education Green Star buildings nationwide and comprises self-learning common use spaces, structured learning areas, student rooms, project rooms, a roof deck, lift and a suspended walkway system; all within a three level building.
Located between two existing buildings and linked by a suspended walkway, the unique building features highly detailed and specialist architectural finishes and an external cross feature frame.
The project won the Master Builders Excellence in Construction Award for Best Education Buildingand Australian Institute of Business Professional Excellence in Building Award, Overall State Winner in 2011.
