Cockburn Gateway Shopping City

We were appointed to deliver the major expansion for Cockburn Gateway Shopping City which comprised the construction of a new Woolworths supermarket (4,200m²), Big W  (8,000m²), Best & Less  (1,000m²), a range of speciality shops and a new food court.

The works were completed in stages. Stage 1 involved the completion of the Woolworths supermarket and more than 30% of the specialty stores. Stage 2 included the delivery of the Big W store, Best & Less and the remainder of the speciality stores, including the food court. Additional on-site car parking completed the works.

Stage 2 of the centre opened in October 2007.
