Wellington Central

We delivered Wellington Central, an eight storey office building complex in the heart of Perth three weeks ahead of schedule and to the full satisfaction of the client.

The ground level of Wellington Central comprises two commercial tenancies that face Wellington Street. The top five levels include an open plan office layout while the first three floors consist of car park spaces and general plant and equipment.

The external elevation is made primarily of pre-cast concrete panels, with the front façade incorporating a double-glazed curtain walling system.

A contract variation at the request of the client, saw us take responsibility for the building’s internal fit out.
