Doric Project Manager Luke Pruyn received a high commendation at the 2015 Australian Institute of Building's Professional Excellence Awards held last week.
Luke was recognised for his outstanding commitment to excellence on Doric’s Warnbro Shopping Centre expansion project, completed for Federation Centres last year.
The expansion included 22 specialty shops, four new kiosks, two new ATMs and two new casual mall-leasing locations. In addition, a new car park to the roof, travelators and lifts, together with a general upgrade of the existing completed the works.
The works were delivered in the context of a busy operating shopping centre, making this a challenging project that required a high degree of planning and clear communication with the centre manager, tenants and other key stakeholders.
Mr Pruyn’s professionalism and commitment resulted in a further contract being negotiated with Federation Centres for their next development of the Halls Head Shopping Centre.
Doric celebrates Luke’s success and acknowledges his dedication and professionalism in all aspects of his work.
