DORIC is currently carrying out
fabrication and construction of Tug Pen Pontoons on Woodside's Pluto project
near Karratha. The works include the extension of the
existing Tug Pen facility at King Bay, Dampier.

The works consist of 2 buildings, Building 23 is a three level concrete frames structure with concrete precast panel walls and aluminium glazed facades. Building 24 is a stand alone services building housing chillers and electrical substation structure formed of concrete frame and panels.

Tamworth Hill Pump Station |

DORIC Engineering was recently awarded the Tamworth Hill Pump Station upgrade works for the Water Corporation. This project is a network upgrade to facilitate the supply from the new Southern Seawater desalination plant. The Works include construction of a new Electrical Equipment Building, Pump and Motor Upgrades, SCADA and Control Hardware, Software and Logic Upgrades, and associated civil works.

Karara Iron Ore Project Accommodation Village |

Design, supply and
installation of the Karara Iron Ore Project permanent accommodation, construction
accommodation and associated facilities at the Karara mine site.
The village consists of a
750 room construction personnel camp, a 600 room operation personnel village, 2
stand alone kitchens, laundry facilities, wet mess, sports facilities and
associated infrastructure.

Hedland Regional Resource Centre |

DORIC's expertise in
healthcare construction is currently being applied to the Hedland Regional
Resource Centre in South Hedland. Under the contract, DORIC will deliver a range of Inpatient and
Outpatient facilities.

DORIC will deliver 67 luxury apartments across two multi-level towers as
part of the prestigious Oceanique project. Situated between the Indian Ocean and Australia's largest inland
waterway system, Oceanique is located within the Port Bouvard Residential
Resort Estate, south of Mandurah.

Albany Entertainment Centre |

A striking and functional entertainment centre on the Albany waterfront
is currently being delivered by DORIC in a landmark development for the region.
Under the contract, DORIC will deliver a 620-seat
auditorium, rehearsal space, cafe, convention/corporate function space and an
observation platform, which will have a breathtaking view of Princess Royal
Harbour.

DORIC is delivering a new 13 storey building in the heart of the CBD at 167 St Georges Terrace, Perth for the Insurance
Commission of Western Australia.
Westralia Plaza is an innovatively
designed and prominently located high quality commercial building of
approximately 10,500m2 area, comprising a landscaped ground level
public plaza, 11 levels of office accommodation and two levels of basement car
parking.
